HOW TO ORDER

HOW TO PAY

Payment can be made by credit/debit card or by cheque/cash on delivery.

Online orders must be secured with a credit/debit card but the payment will not be processed until the delivery date so, if payment by cheque is preferred, this can be agreed when the delivery arrangements are made.

DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS

Orders will normally be available for despatch within 48 hours and delivery arrangements will be made with you in person at your convenience.

All non-local deliveries will made by Businesspost on a Next Day service.

DISCOUNTS

A scaled discount, based on total value, is available on all wines (excluding Bin Ends):-

£100 - £149.99 = 2.5% discount
£150 - £249.99 = 5% discount
£250 - £399.99 = 7.5% discount
£400 - £624.99 = 10% discount
£625 - £999.99 = 12.5% discount
£1000 or more = 15% discount

Bin Ends are already significantly discounted and are therefore excluded from any further discounts. Click on the Special Offers tab to the left for details of the latest Bin End offers.

PRICING

Our price list is in UK pounds sterling and all prices include VAT at 17.5%.
In the case of any pricing errors, we reserve the right to modify the final amount charged when payment is taken but will only do so having discussed the matter with you personally.

RETURNS POLICY

We are committed to providing you with wines that are of good value in relation to their quality. If our wines do not meet your expectations, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange replacements or a refund.

PRIVACY POLICY

When an order is placed, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

It is against the law to sell or indeed supply intoxicating substances to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
